Magnolia v Stampavie

This week there has been a change over on the Magnolia & Sarah Kay Challenge Blogs.....they have been merged. This week for their first combined challenge there is a sketch.....and this is my card. I have used a couple of the new Christmas Collection Magnolia's, to create the image I used the masking technique to sit Tilda on the large bauble. Tilda and the bauble are coloured with ProMarkers using the following colours...
Ivory/Blush (Skin)
Pastel Yellow/Mustard (Hair)
Rose Pink (Dress)
Moss (Underdress/Socks)
Ruby/Moss (Wreath)
Metallic Silver (Bauble swirls)
The papers are all K&Co "Peppermint Twist" with Core-dinations cardstock under the image, I have also added some American Craft ribbon, Prima blossoms, Doodlebug brads, a heart pin from a haberdashery shop and bling from my stash. To add a touch of sparkle I have added Stickles "Diamond" glitter to the Prima blossoms, and all finished off with one of the new Christmas 2008 collection "ticket" sentiments.
