Cute Card Thursday - What's Buggin' You!

This week over on the Cute Card Thursday Challenge Blog our theme is "What's Buggin' You!", we want to see your cards/creations that feature bugs, butterflies, bees....it can be the image or the paper, or even the embellishments, the choice is yours.

For my card I have used Anya from The Greeting Farm Sunshine Kit available on special offer HERE at Dies to Die For. I have coloured her with Copics using the following colours...

Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20

Hair - E47/E49/E44/YG13

Bikini - R35/R37/R01

Dragonfly - YR00/YR02/R35

The papers are Echo Park Sweet Summertime and My Minds Eye Bright Dots layered with Bazzill cardstock in Frosted Yellow and Strawberry. I have embellished with some ribbon, cherry blossoms, roses, heart pin and leaf pin all from Creative Treasures. I have also added Stickles in stardust to the dragonfly. I also added a sentiment from the TGF Sunshin Kit and some Melissa Frances rub-ons. I tried to make the image look like it was a polaroid picture by cutting the image in a square and adding it to a larger piece of white cardstock.

I am also entering this card into the challenge on Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge where they want to see your cards that feature distressing. For my card I distressed the edges of all the patterned papers. Papertake Weekly want to see three of something on your card...so my card fits that challenge too.
