I'm Baaaccckkkk!

Now did ya miss me???

What a wonderful week we had in Cornwall, with not a single wet day and gorgeous sunshine each and every day. I have been going to Cornwall for years and this is the first time we have crossed the Tamar Bridge in sunshine and the first time we have had good weather all week. We spent lots of time with my friend Wendy & Becky who live there, on the beach. Georgia went body boarding. We went to The Eden Project on Friday in the sunshine, and as we left on Saturday lunchtime..the sky was clouded and there was a little rain... I cannot believe we picked a good week. We have come home with lovely tans, I look like I have been abroad as my face is tanned too...

I will be back a little later with a couple of pics....and also my Anyone for Anya? card.

SJ's Little Musings - Friday Freebie

This week over on SJ's Little Musings Blog it is Friday Freebie time again, and as it is still August (I know it doesn't feel like it) we have our final Christmas image for the month. We have another Hollie for you, and as her boyfriend is the delightful Noel, I decided to make a card that featured them both (I have used the pre coloured versions, although I added a little colour to their faces as my printer makes them too pale). The papers are all My Minds Eye Wonderful Christmas and I have layered them with some red cardstock. The embellishments are an assortment of foam snowflakes that came from HobbyCraft, an old Craftwork Cards bauble sentiment attached to a piece of tinsel so that it looks like it is dangling, and finally a poinsetta and some bling.

Sorry for the short post today, but I am up to my eyes in DT work that I want to get finished before I am off on my holidays.
