Flutter Heart...
As it was my 23rd Wedding Anniversary this weekend just gone, I made a card for my lovely Hubby. I decided that I would do something a little different and use a stamp that didn't require me to colour (although I added a touch of red).
The stamps I used were The Greeting Farm Flutter Heart clear set which I stamped onto Bazzill Kraft cardstock using a black Versafine inkpad. The papers are all My Minds Eye Paris & Co and I have layered them with some Bazzill Kraft cardstock. To cut the postage stamp layer under the main image I have used a Nestabilities Postage Label die, currently out of stock. I have embellished with some pearl bling and tulle to finish off my card.
Be sure to pop on over to the Die-ing for a Challenge blog to check out this months challenge.

Sitting Casual....
After years of office working and clothing restrictions, I am now all about casual...well most of the time anyway. I thought I would show you a card with another of the new releases in March from The Greeting Farm. This stamp set is called Sitting Casual and I have stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto Craftwork Cards Digital Cardstock and coloured with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - E23/E25/E27
Clothing - B91/B93/B95/YG91/YG95
Couch - E41/E42/E43/E44
The papers are all Echo Park This & That Charming 6x6 pad and I have layered them with Bazzill Kraft cardstock. I have used sentiments from the same stamp set and also an additional circle sentiment by Craftwork Cards.
Have had a hectic week, and this morning I was at the Milton Keynes Woodwind Music Festival at The Church of Christ the Cornerstone. This event is for Primary School children learning a woodwind instrument with Milton Keynes Music Service. So Georgia's school entered an Ensemble of Flutists and they played beautifully and I am so proud to say that they won the gold award, and have been invited with the other winners to take part in the Concert this evening...needless to say we cancelled all our plans for this afternoon/evening so that she can take part...

Baby Boy...
Just a quick post from me today as I am having a little tidy (and I mean little...don't have time to do more) of my Craft Room as it is just stuffed full of stuff that I should get rid of but as a bit of a hoarder I find it hard....
Anyway here is a quick Baby Boy card I made using one of The Greeting Farm clear stamps from the Build a Onesie Boy clear stamp set (I used the stars and the little sentiment on the tag too) which I have coloured with Copics using the following colours B00/B01/B02/C1/C2. The paper in the background is a lined one....just cannot remember what paper pad it came from. The "Babies are a gift from God" is by MelonHeadz and I added some colour with Copics (B01/B02/R37), finished off with a little pearl bling, a couple of heart pins and some AC satin ribbon.
Come back tomorrow as I have more to show you....

Easel Card Calendars...
Here are a few Easel Card Calendars that I made in December to sell on my stall at Georgia's school Christmas Fayre. I actually sold all but three of the ten I made...which I was pretty pleased with. I also took and order and sold four others. If I remember correctly the Hello Kitty and the Tiddly Inks Doughnut ones were the first two to sell. I also made a couple of others as gifts....

Anyone for Anya? - Anything but a Card!
This week over on the Anyone for Anya? Challenge Blog we want you to make "Anything but a Card!". So I decided to make a suitcase. For the basic construction I used instructions by Becky Roberts over on Inking Idaho Blog. I used the Tote-ally Awesome Tote Tutorial, but instead of adding the pockets on the front, I changed mine to an old fashion leather suitcase. I used SU kraft cardstock, AC grosgrain ribbon, Doodlebug stitched rubbon (handles) and some other random stictched ribbon (thin brown stuff). The embellishments on the case are done with Prima Marketing stamps, and I have added Travel Anya which I coloured with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - E47/E49/E44
Clothing - BG000/BG01/BG45/R37/R46/R59
Suitcases - E30/E31
Finally I have added one of my ticket sentiments.
Georgia decided that she likes this and wants to have it to store her ATC's in....so now I need to make some pockets on the inside.
