This week over on A Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge Blog the theme is "A Child's Card" and as I am in full flow of Xmas card making I have made an Xmas card for a child. For my card I have use Tilda as Lucia by Magnolia and I have coloured her with ProMarkers using the following colours...
Ivory/Blush (Skin)
Cinnamon/Cocoa (Hair)
Magenta (Sash of Dress)
Gold (Candle Flame)
Cool Grey 1 (Highlights on Dress)
Pastel Blue (Shadow)
Pastel Pink (Wreath headress)
I have also added Sakura clear glitter gel pen to her hair for added sparkle....I mean, what girl doesn't love sparkle...LOL
The papers are all PaperMania "Naughty or Nice" and I have also used some Stampin' Up Choc Chip Cardstock. The sentiment was also by Magnolia (I love those ticket stamps...one of the best sentiments they have done...together with the Santa is Coming seal). The final touches are some Stampin' Up Choc Chip taffeta ribbon, a charm (given to me by a friend...thanks Hun), a heart pin and some bling.
Loved this weeks challenge, and as we have come to expect, the DT cards are stunningly fab...so check it out (link to the right).
