A Card for Hannah B...

Georgia received an invite to an old friend from infant school last week. We haven't seen Hannah B for about a year as they are now in different schools. So last week when we received an email invite Georgia was over the moon to be asked and today is the big day. As I type she is picking a swimsuit and outfit to wear.

For the card I have used one of the stamps from The Greeting Farm Miss Anya Lounge which I have coloured with Copics using the following colours...

The papers are all by Craftwork cards Anglomania and I have layered with some of their red shimmer cardstock. I have embellished with the die-cuts and sentiements and then just added "Hannah" using AC fabric Thickers and some red bling. Hannah and her big sister Sophie both have the most gorgeous red hair, so I wanted to colour Miss Anya to try to match...I hope she likes it.

SJ's Little Musings & Friday Freebie....

Here is a little project I made using this weeks Musing over on SJ's Little Musings blog. I have used the coloured Angel Cat and also my Tim Holtz textures plate and the birdcage die...plus a few flowers and MM mini alpha's to make the Looney Tunes phrase up.....I used to love watch the Sylvester & Tweetie cartoons.

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge - Easel Card...

Here is an easel card I made using an image from The Clipart Fairy. These images are already coloured, but my printer came out so pale that I have added some colour with my Copics using E000/E00/E11/R20.

The papers are all Craftwork Cards Sugar & Spice and I have added a butterfly sentiment also by Craftwork Cards, a ribbon bow and charm, AC Thickers, Melissa Frances rub-ons and a couple of pearl brads. The envelope contains a small card (with the same papers and image) and inside the name, date, time, weight etc can be added for the recipient to keep. The card was actually made for my next door neighbours who had their baby last Friday and only came home this week. She was chuffed with the card, and the little scrapbook I took for her to add pics to....a little brag book for her handbag...every new Momma needs a brag book.

Cute Card Thursday - Make Your Own!

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Artist Trading Cards...

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog our theme this week is to make an Artist Trading Cards (ATC). Your ATC should measure 2.5x 3.5 inches.

I got carried away and made three. The first using Fairy Fae Dreams, and the As You Wish Paper. I have added a Tim Holtz Adage ticket. In the second one I have used the Key to my Heart image, and the Key paper. I added the words using Making Memories mini alphas and my SU punch for the heart. In the final one I have used the Daddy's Girl image, the paper is from a Smirk paper pad and again I have used some Making Memories mini alphas. All the images have been coloured with Copics.

Finally I have added gems to each number on the clock and also on the hands.

I am pleased with this card as it looks like she is rushing out of the Ball before the clock strikes midnight.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Crackle Glaze/Glossy Accents!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog we want to see your creations that feature either Crackle Glaze or Glossy Accents. I made a couple of cards, both of which feature Glossy Accents.

The papers are all 7Gypsies Paddington which have been layered with some Bazzill cardstock in Raven and also some Bazzill Bling in High Heels . I have embellished with some SU taffeta in basic gray, a red heart pin, some pearl bling and a red spotted bow. The sentiment was a freebie from Made with TLC. The Glossy Accents has been added to Smoochies lips....they looks so glossy in real life.

The papers are all Magnolia halloween ones from 2009 and I have layered them with some Bazzill cardstock. The sentiment "Boo" has been punched using an SU punch from the US out of a scrap of paper....not sure who made it though, and I have added some bats using my Martha Stewart punch and some Doodlebug Sugar Coated cardstock. I have also used a random cobweb stamp to create the background for the image and have added some DecoArt Glamour Dust to make it sparkle (like it has morning dew on it).

Again I have used the sketch with one of the new digis from The Greeting Farm, this one is called Hallo Witch and is available HERE. Again I have coloured her with Copics using the following colours...

Another Corner Bookmark...

I have used some Bazill and Bazzill Bling cardstock for the base, and added some KI Memories Love Elsie "Toby" ribbon, plus her name using Making Memories mini alpha's. To her eyes I even added a dot of Glossy Accents to make them look shiny/glassy.

So far I have made seven to sell, but I want to have about 30-50, plus some other matching items....so expect to see more over the coming months...
