Anya Ink Guest DT - NO Printed Papers!

This week I am the Guest DT over on Anya Ink, the Australian Anya Challenge Blog. Their theme this week is "No Printed Papers!", so if you know me you know I love my printed papers. I tried to just use plain card, but I like nothing I did. So eventually I remembered by Heidi Swapp Damask stamp.....and the idea to create a my own background. I decided to keep it simple and just used some white linen cardstock (the stuff I use to make my cards from) and stamped with Versafine ink. The black layer is Doodlebug Sugar Coated cardstock. I have further embellished with ribbon from Hobby Craft, flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts, a star pin from Tabby Crafts, a spotty bow from Craft Fairy and a sentiment by Craftwork Cards. The base of this card is a Paper Mania scalloped card blank. The main image is one of the Miss Anya Love set and has been coloured with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - R46
Clothing - C1/C3/C5/C7/C9/R46

Thanks so much to Marcia and the Anya Ink DT for inviting me to be their Guest this week....it's been a blast.

Another three in one card...

Here is a card I made to over two challenges....first the challenge over on Anya Ink "flowers", and also sketch #2 and Monday mania with Jen Shults (use Olive Green, Pink & Dark Brown...plus sparkle) over on Club Anya & Friends...

The images are all by The Greeting Farm "Miss Anya Love" and "My Guy Ian" and they have been coloured with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Anya's Hair - E50/E51/E53
Anya's Clothing - RV34/E47
Ian's Hair - E47
Ian's Clothing - B93/B95/B97/YG91/YG95/E47
The papers are all Black Market Society and I have layered them with some brown Bazzill cardstock. I have embellished with lace, roses by Wild Orchid Crafts, Fancy Pants pins, bling from my stash and also a sentiment by Craftwork Cards. What you can't see from my rubbish picture is that Anya has Sakura clear stardust pen in her hair and the flowers are also glimmered and glamoured (Glimmer Mist in Pearl & also DecoArt Glamour Dust).

Be sure to check out the respective blogs and see the other creations.

Anya Ink - One Layer Cards...

The challenge over on Anya Ink this week was One Layer Cards (one piece of cardstock including the card itself). For my card I took a piece of white cardstock and created a scalled card which I then ran through my Big Shot with a Cuttlebug embossing folder. I then ran some VersaMagic chalk ink over it to make it stand out. Where the embossing finished on the card I used some pearl bling on a strip (Mark Richards ones). The main image has been layered onto a scrap of the same cardstock which I have coloured to match the chalk ink. The image is a Wild Sprout called Chelsea from The Greeting Farm which has been coloured with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - E50/E51/E53
Clothing - BG09/C5/C7/C9/BG10
I have further embellished with a marabou feather from Craft Fairy, some ribbon that was from a gift wrapping set I had, a heart pin and two pearl pins. I have finished off with a sentiment by Craftwork Cards.

Be sure to pop on over as the DT have made some fab one layer cards....and who knows you may be chosen in their "Top Three"....I was last week.

Anya Ink - Black & White Plus One

Here is another Easel Card Calendar that I have made for this weeks challenge over on Anya Ink. There theme this week is Black & White plus one other colour. For my card I have used one of the new January 2010 release of Wild Sprouts, which has been coloured with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - E50/E51/E53
Clothing - RV02/RV04/C7/C9
iPod - C3
The papers are some that I got at the NEC back at the beginning of 2009. They are not branded so cannot tell you anymore about them. I have used my Nestabilities to cut the stars, one of which has been embossed with a Cuttlebug Embossing Folder. The sentiment is also one of the new release from The Greeting Farm.

Here is another picture from a different angle....as you can see all surfaces have been decorated with the gorgeous paper.
Be sure to pop on over to Anya Ink and see the DT cards...God I am such an Anya addict...LOL. I am on a European Anya Challenge Blog DT...and I still do the Aussie Challenge....what can I saw, I am an Anya Addict through and through.
