Pixie Dust Studio Challenge - Sketch Challenge!

This week over on the Pixie Dust Studios Challenge Blog we have a lovely sketch for you to follow, along with three themes to team it with. You can either use the sketch to make a fall card, a halloween card or a Think Pink card....I chose the last option...like you can't tell.

For my card I have used Let's Play Dress Up which I have coloured with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - 100/C3
Clothing - R81/R83/R85/BG10/BG11/Y21
The papers are all Papermania Summer Bloom, I created a pink ribbon shape using a template given to me by a DT buddie, I have then added some random pink ribbon and scrappers floss to attach the tag. The sentiment ticket is a freebie from one of the members of a PCP group I belong to, and finally I added some pearl bling to the necklace on the image.

Be sure to hop on over to the Pixie Dust Studios Challenge Blog and join in with the fun.

Tilda Think Pink Card

With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month I have used my new Magnolia "Pink Collection" stamps to make this card. The image has been coloured with ProMarkers using the following colours...
Ivory/Blush (Skin)
Cinnamon/Cocoa (Hair)
Rose Pink (Rose)
Lavendar/Lilac (Dress & Tights)
The papers are all Blonde Moments "Sugar Dumpling" and I have used the "Totally Tabs" stamps and punch by Stampin' Up, with the sentiment made using my ATB tape writer and a Magnolia stamp.

My ScrapaGoGo November DT kit arrived yesterday, so I have a weekend of scrapping to look forward to.....the kit is just so yummy it really isn't a hardship.

Tilda & Co Challenge 14 - Stitch Me Up

I made this card for this weeks challenge over on Tilda & Co Challenge Blog, where the challenge was "Stitch me Up" I actually use one of my CutterBug tools to create a faux stitched effect around the edges...it almost looks as though a machine was used without any thread.

The stamp is one of the Magnolia Stamps made for the Breast Cancer Awareness appeal and a percentage of all stamps sold goes to the charity. You cannot see them on the English version of the Magnolia site, but if you go into the Swedish site and choose Tilda & Edwin stamps and then Rosa Stemplar (Pink Stamps) you will be able to see and order them. There are five in the range and I ordered 4 of them. The papers are the new Basic Grey "Sugared", the ribbon is Stampin' Up Choc Chip Taffeta, and the sentiment is one of the Dovecraft "value stamps"...costs just £1.

I loved this challenge, so thanks again ladies...your work as always was stunning.
