Wild Card Wednesday - Inspiration

Today over on the Club Anya & Friends blog it is Wild Card Wednesday and Kelly has provided us a picture for inspiration. For my card I picked the white background and the colours of the cushions as my inspiration.

I have used one of the Cheeky Cherry images, this one is called "Rockabilly" and I have coloured her with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Eyes - B12
Hair - W5/W7/W9
Clothing - R37
The papers are patterned papers are Cosmo Cricket "Early Bird" and I have used some DCWV (Orange) & Coredinations (Blue & Red) cardstock, the papers and cardstock have all been distressed with an emery board. I have used my EK Success "Dotted Wave" border punch, Tim Holtz "Adage" tickets, a heart pin and Fancy Pants star pin, red dotted bow. The film strip acetate ribbon is also by Tim Holtz, and I have added a button from my stash...pretty sure it is an old Autumn Leaves one.

I have also used the sketch over on the A Spoon Full of Sugar challenge blog, and the theme on Papertake Weekly (Cute). Be sure to check out all three blogs to see some amazing creations.

Anyone for Anya? - Sketch #7

This week over on the Anyone for Anya? Challenge Blog we have a fab sketch for you provided by DawnyP. We are also sponsored this week by Tracy @ Squiggle Stamps. For my card I have used one of the new Cheeky Cherry range, this stamp is called "Cherry Shooter". I have coloured her with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - E43/E47/E49
Clothing - R29/Y17/C1/C2/C3/C5
The papers are by Stampin' Up and I have layered them with some Doodlebug Sugar Coated cardstock in Beetle Black. As the papers have a gambling theme I have added a Jenni Bowlin Bingo Card that says "Lucky"...she looks like the short of naughty girl you would find in a Saloon gambling in the Wild West. The only other embellishments that I have added are a sentiment by Craftwork Card, a heart pin, a piece of gingham ribbon and some bling from my stash.

Be sure to pop on over to the Anyone for Anya? Blog and see what the rest of the DT have come up with.

Anyone for Anya? - Something Completely Different!

This week on the Anyone for Anya? Challenge Blog we want you to do something completely different, whether that is a technique you have never tried, new stamps, a new template it's your choice. We are also sponsored again this week by Tracy at Dies to Die For...the place I get all my TGF images from.

For my card I have used one of the new Cheeky Cherry range, her name is "Cheeky Rockabilly", I thought she needed something a little cheeky so I found a template online for a corset and cut it out, traced around it and added some lace trim and a ribbon. I coloured her with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - C0/C1/C2/C3/C5/C7/C9
Clothing - R35/R37
The paper I used in the background is by Stampin' Up, the corset is cut from a piece of Little Yellow Bicycle "Love Notes" flocked damask. I also added some ribbon bows and marabou feather from Craft Fairy, some black Bazzill Tulle, a sentiment by Craftwork Cards, and some heart pins that you can now get from Wild Orchid Crafts. The "I Love You" was a stamp in a set by KaiserCrafts and I have coloured in some bits with the red that I used in the image, and used my SU punch to make the shape, finally I added some bling to finish off.

Be sure to pop over and check out what the rest of the DT came up with.
