Cute Card Thursday - Anything but Square!

This week over on the Cute Card Thursday challenge blog our theme is "Anything but Square". We want to see your cards in any shape but a square.

For my card I have used one of the cute new hAnglar & stAnglar baby mini kit that I got from eBay last week, and I have coloured her with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - E50/E53
Clothing - R81/R82
Rattle - E50/E53/R00
I kept this one very simple just adding some baby footprints using my Autumn Leaves stamp and created the bib using my circle and scalloped circle Nestabilities, with my SU oval punch to create the neckline. The dotted paper is by Craftwork Cards and is from their Sugar & Spice paper pack. Apart from that I just added some ribbon a couple of Fancy Pants pins and one of my ticket sentiments.

Be sure to hop on over and join in with this weeks challenge...you may just win that Simon Says Stamp $25 voucher.

Cute Card Thursday - No Designer Papers!

SCROLL DOWN FOR LILI OF THE VALLEY POST...

This week over on Cute Card Thursday challenge bloy our theme is "No Designer Papers!". So no pre-printed/bought digi papers. You can however emboss, stamp...or leave plain cardstock.

For my card I have used one of the recent hAnglar & stAnglar images stamped onto Kraft cardstock and coloured with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - E50/E51/E53
Clothing - E30/E47/G000/G00
I have also used a Magnolia script backgound stamp which I stamped over the main image by masking her off first. The cardstock is DCWV (teal), Bazzill (brown) and Stampin' Up (kraft) and I have sanded and embossed it with Cuttlebug embossing folders. I have simply added some Ikea string, a sentiment by Craftwork Cards, a couple of pins, pearl bling and some Bazzill tulle.

Be sure to pop on over to the Cute Card Thursday blog to see what the rest of the DT came up with....there is something different on almost all the cards...

I am also entering this card into the following challenges...

The papers are all Pink Paislee "Bayberry Cottage" and I have added some tickets that I made with my Tim Holtz die and Autumn Leaves stamps, and a few buttons and brads from my stash. I have also used the sketch over on Sketch Saturday.

For this card I have used one of the Mikey digi images from Charmed Cards and Crafts, he has also been coloured with Copics...but I forgot to write down all the numbers for you....and I cannot remember them.
The papers are also by Pink Paislee this time from the "365 Degrees". I have just added a sentiment by Craftwork Cards (available HERE from Creative Treasures) and a few brads from my stash. This card also uses the DawnyP's sketch over on Papertake Weekly.

A Spoon Full of Sugar meets Papertake Weekly

Here is a card I made using the sketch over on Papertake Weekly, and the theme over on A Spoon Full of Sugar challenge blogs. On A Spoon Full of Sugar they wanted you to use Distress Inks, Pearls and Glitter.

For my card I have used one of the new hAnglar & stAnglar images that I received from a wonderful, kind and caring friend over in Sweden....there were four stunning stamps in a packet with a card for my birthday...and being the impatient minx that I am....I HAD to open them...LOL. Anyway, I have coloured her with my Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - E44/E47/E49
Clothing - R81/R83/R85/C0/C1/C2
The papers I have used are all Basic Grey "Sultry" and are layered with some Bazzill cardstock. In accordance with the request in ASFOS, I have used "Vintage Photo" Distress Ink to ink the edges of the papers and the main image and sentiment. The sentiment is one that I got from Simon Says Stamp and is made by Inkadinkado (love these kids quote ones). I have further embellished with some lace and a cherry blossom by Wild Orchid Crafts, some Heidi Grace and Maya Road pins, some pearl bling from my stash and another sentiment by Craftwork Cards.

Be sure to pop on over to both of the challenge blogs that this card is for, as the DT cards are amazing.

Clothing - B000/B00/R85

The papers are all October Afternoon "Detours" and I have layered them with some Bazzill cardstock. Apart from the flowers I have also added some leaves with my Woodware punch, some bling from my stash and a sentiment by Craftwork Cards. The flowers have been "glimmered and glamoured" with pearl Glimmer Mist and DecoArt Glamour Dust, in fact most of the card (with the exception of the image) has Glimmer Mist over it.
