Tiddly Inks - Colour Challenge...

Over on the Tiddly Inks Blog the challenge this week is a colour one...



Green, Yellow, Orange & Blue (they don't have to be an exact match)

For my card I have used one of the new Wryn & Friends images, she is called New Wings which I have coloured with Copics using the following colours...

Hair - E23/E25/E27
Others - G000/G00/R00/R01/R02/R37/E40/E41
The papers are all Lily Bee Designs Memorandum and This & That which I have layered with some Bazzill Kraft cardstock. I have finished off with a sentiment also from Tiddly Inks, a couple of heart pins, bling and some tulle.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Silvery Blues!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog our theme is Silvery Blues, we want to see your cards that feature the colours below...
For my card I have used one of the Robot Holidays collection which I have coloured with Copics using the following colours...
C0/C1/C2/C5/B21/B23/B18/R37
The papers are two freebie digi papers that I got from Beary Mine (Thanks Donna). I have layered the papers with some scraps of cardstock in blues and also some silver mirror card. The ribbon was some that came tied around a gift I received from Lush and I have added a few pins, a few snowflakes done with my Martha Stewart punch and also a Craftwork Cards sentiment.

This will be my last DT card as after 18 months on the Tiddly Inks Design Team, it is time for a change. I have loved every moment of being on Christy's DT but as they say "All Good Things Must Come to an End!" I wish Christy all the luck and success in the world, and I am sure that Tiddly Inks will continue to go from strength to strength.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Boys will be Boys!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog our theme is Boys will be Boys.

For my card I used an image called Come in Cuteness which I have coloured with Copics using the following colours...

The papers are all Bo Bunny Blast Off! which I have layered with some random cardstock from my stash. The sentiments are all clear stamps by Polly Crafts.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Paint It Up!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog we want to see you use paint on your card/project.

For my card I have used a Tiddly Inks image called Awww Thanks which I printed onto Bazzill Kraft cardstock and coloured with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - E23/E24/E27
Clothing - B93/B95/B97/BG10/BG11/BG13
Flowers - BV08/RV34
I masked the image before adding some Adirondak paint dauber in Aqua/Eggplant and some old Blonde Moments Embossing Pigment which I added water to to make a Shimmer spray. I also added some of the same spray to some Prima E-Line flowers and attached then with a rhinestone spacer and pearl from Hobby House Crafts. Then I finished off with some AC ribbon and a Craftwork Cards sentiment. In the top right there is an old rub-on from my stash.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Reel Me In!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog our theme is Reel Me In!, we want to see your cards/creation that have been inspired by either a Scary Movie or a Summer one.

For my card I have used a Tiddly Inks image called Aisha which I have coloured with Copics using the following colours...

The papers are all Basic Grey Fusion which I hav layered with some Bazzill Kraft cardstock. I have used a Bo Bunny Press "clapper board" and filled in the film details, and some bling from my stash. I have also added some Sakura stardust gel pen in clear to her bracelets, dress, shoes and hair jewellery.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Create a One-Layer Card!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog our theme is One Layer Cards...I kept my card very simple....I think this may have been the most simple card I have made....and it was one of the hardest...

I have used one of Christy's rubber stamps by Stamping Bella, it is called You are Unique (and comes with the sentiment) and is available HERE. I have coloured the image with Copics using the following colours...

Hair - 100/E18/E19/E53/E47/E49
Clothing - R37/B93/B95/B97

I obviously used no papers, but did use a couple of die-cut corners by My Minds Eye from the Alphabet Soup Boy collection and also some seam binding.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Goin' Goth!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog our theme is Goin' Goth! We want to see your fun dark cards. For my card I have used an image called Pinky which I have coloured with Copics using the following colours...

Cake - C9/R81/R83
The papers I have used are all by Tiddly Inks too, Grunge Checkerboard and Down to my Bones paper set , with the exception of the black glitter cardstock which is by Doodlebug.
I have embellished with some skull tape that I got from DotComGiftShop.com and a digi sentiment available from Create with TLC.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Manly Men!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog our theme is "Manly Men", with Fathers Day approaching we want to see cards for the men in your life!

For my card I have used an image called Carpenter Joe which I have coloured with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - E47/E49
Clothing - B93/B95/B97/E13/E40/E41/E42
Tools etc - E57/W0/W2
The papers are all Stampin' Up and I have added some Bazzill Kraft cardstock and inked the edges of the papers. I embellished with some Ikea string, a couple of tool charms rivet style bling, staples and a Craftwork Cards sentiment. The "You're My Mr Fix It" was done on the PC.

Tiddly Inks first birthday celebration and Treasure Hunt Blog Hop!!


Welcome to the Tiddly Inks Treasure Hunt blog hop. We are kicking off with Tiddly Ink's first birthday celebration and I am so glad you joined us to hunt for inspiration and goodies.

My creation today features Tiddly Inks new image You and Me Baby. Christy created about 20 new images for her birthday celebration and you can find the rest of the images HERE.
 I coloured the image with my Copics using the following colours...

The papers are all Bo Bunny Crush and I have layered them with some black glitter cardstock. I used a Cheery Lynn French Pastry Doily Die, a Melissa Frances Rub-on.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - You're a Stitch!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog we want to see your cards that featuring stitching....real or faux, machine, by hand or pen. I have used a cute image called Christine which I have coloured with Copics using the following colours...

The papers are all My Minds Eye Stella Rose Gertie which I have inked the edges of. I have embellished with a manilla tag, some Stampin' Up Choc Chip taffeta a couple of pins and a Craftwork Cards sentiment that I got at Ally Pally for £1 a pack instead of £3.50....super bargain...and finally finished off with some pearl bling.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Celebrate with Us!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge our theme is Celebrate with Us!....and celebrate we are, as today is Christy...founder and artist of the Tiddly Inks range.....

So as Christy's favourite colour combo is Red/Black & White we want to see your cards/creations using that theme...

The papers are a mix of one by Christy (the white one) and the other is by 7Gypsies Paddington line, which I cut with my English Tea Party Doily Die. I have embellished with some ribbon from my stash, a couple of heart pins, a marabou feather and a Craftwork Cards sentiment.

Tiddly Inks - Lucky Me!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog our theme is Lucky Me, it's all about GREEN. Now that can be either a St Patricks Day card or an enviromental theme....I chose the latter. I wanted to make a little sign to hang in the hallway just outside Georgia's bedroom to remind her to turn the lights off...she has a habit of leaving them on and turning the house into Blackpool Illuminations.

For my card I used the Tiddly Inks image called Take a Stand which I have coloured with Copics using the following colours...

In keeping with the "Go Green" I used a ripped up piece of pizza box for the base, and the papers are all by DCWV The Green Stack, which is made from 70% recycled papers. I have embellished with some seam binding, a raffia flower with a Prima Raja Bling Centre, and some AC Foam Thickers.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Kraft with Me!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog we want to see your cards/projects that feature kraft cardstock somewhere.

For my project I have made a bookmark with the SchoolGirl image, the image has been printed onto kraft cardstock, and the base is also made from kraft, you can get your kraft cardstock HERE. I coloured the image with Copics using the following colours...

The papers are all Crate Paper School Spirit and I have embellished with some seam binding, a raffia flower and a Prima Centres Raja.
The "Story" ticket is a Tim Holtz Adage Ticket and the tassle I made myself from embroidery floss.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Shaker Card!

Over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog this week we want you to make a shaker card. Meredith has kindly written a tutorial with pics over on the challenge blog so if you have never made one...now is the time!

For my card I have used Georgia the Gymnast and coloured her with Copics using the following colours...

The papers are all My Minds Eye from the new Stella Rose Gertie paper pad , I have kept it pretty simple just adding some stars punch out of the papers with my SU punch and a Craftwork Cards sentiment and a few Making Memories mini alpha's for the "You Did It!". I filled the inside of the shaker part with heart and star confetti in matching colours.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Monochromatic!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog our theme is Monochromatic...we want to see your one colour or B&W cards. For my card I have used one of their "Retiring Soon" images called "Just a Little Note - Typewriter" for the bargain price of just $0.50...50 cents...what a steal!!!

I have only added some Copic E50 to the paper in the typewriter and the typewriter keys... The papers are all by Stampin' Up Newsprint and I made a flower using a Magnolia Doo-Hickey called Peony Petals. The flower centre is made from bling centre from Hobby Horse Crafts, and I also added some jet black bling, AC black ribbon and a heart pin that I coloured black with a Sharpie. I added the text to the image in PS Elements using a typewritter font.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Love is in the Air!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog our theme is "Love is in the Air!", for my card I chose the new images Geeky Glen and Geeky Gertrude. The papers are also from a set called Chemical Love that includes pre-coloured images. I however have coloured my images with Copics using the following colours...

I have kept the card very simple by just adding some Glossy Accents to the Geeks specs and test tubes, and a sentiment made with Making Memories mini alpha's.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Kiss Me, You Fool!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog our theme is "Kiss Me, You Fool!" we want to see your cards/creations that feature a kiss in either the senitment or the image. 

For my card I used the Dr. Love Boto image which I have coloured with Copics using the following colours...
Robot - W0/W1/W2/W3/R37/R39
The papers are all digi's, the black spotted and harlequin ones are by Echo Park "Be Mine" available HERE, the robot one is from A Cherry on Top "Robot Nation" available HERE, and the red ones are by Digi Junkie "Be Mine" available HERE. The "Kisses" sentiment is by Create with TLC available HERE, and the other sentiment is by rubber stamp by Inkadinkado called Little Hearts available HERE. The were created using a stamp called "Fresh Lips" available from Sir Stampalot HERE. I punched the little hearts from Dovecraft glitter cardstock using my SU heart punch.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Quote Me!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog our theme is "Quote Me!", we want to see you use your favourite/a special quote on your card/project.

For my card I have used the Everyday Princess image which I have coloured with Copics using the following colours...

The papers are all 7Gypsies "Paddington" and I have layered them with some Dovecraft glitter cardstock. I have also embellished with some black lace, bling, hearts punched with my SU punch. The quote sentiment is by Inkadinkado and I have also added a Craftwork Cards sentiment.
