Tilda & Friends ATC Challenge - Seasons
Over on Tilda & Friends ATC Challenge Blog this month we are running a theme to cover the whole of August. We all seem to have less crafting time when the kids are off school and the weather is good. So why not join us whenever you can grab the time and complete your set of 4 Seasons ATC's. As I have shown, they are a fab way to involve the kids crafting as each ATC requires very little of your beloved stash be given to them to use...LOL...they can even help rid you of the little scraps.
So for my ATC I have started with Summer...as we are looking forward to our holiday in Cornwall in 10 days. I have used Karen Russell Narratives (Seaside range) for the background and sticker tab and chose a piece with the word "sea" on it and "sandy toes" on the sticker tab. I then inked the edges with VersMagic chalk ink in "sea breeze". I added the Magnolia & Sugar Nellie (sun) images which are all coloured with my new ProMarkers. The shell is raised on 3D foam pads to raise them up.
I have been busy since last night sorting through my stash, and trying to tidy up and make a bag of magazines and embellishments etc to give away. Thanks to the suggestion of Lynn, I have been to Argos and bought a vegetable trolley which now holds all my card making bits....Prisma's, Promarkers etc etc...you get the idea. It will be so much easier to wheel it out in the evenings when I am making cards....and then wheel it away when I am done.
