Sorry for the super quick post, but Georgia has a swimming lesson this morning, and then we are off to see Marlene and the family or a halloween party.
This morning I decided that I wanted to make a card without any colouring, and I had my fab new Stampin' Up Butterfly punch and stamps to use. I am entering it into a couple of challenges... Papertake Weekly's theme is"Spots 'n' Stripes", and Daring Cardmakers' theme is "Get Punchy with it".
This week over on the Cute Card Thursday Challenge Blog our theme is Midnight Margaritas, we want to see your cards with a drinks theme. It can be like mine....very cocktail or more of a cup of tea....the choice is yours.
It's a sad day...the final challenge over on Tilda & Friends ATC Challenge Blog. After just over 8 months we have taken the diffocult decision to close down. There are just so many more challenge blogs out there than when we first started...and people are not as interested in making these mini works of art.
This week over on Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Weekly Challenge Blog the theme is "Shades of Autumn", you must use brown/rust & either green or yellow on your card or project. I have also used a fab sketch from Friday Sketchers.
I recently came across the new All That Scraps Weekly Wednesday Challenge Blog, and just had to take part....I really do adore the CC Designs stamps...just too cute.
I have finally made a card with the wonderful sketch last week over on Papertake Weekly...I really do love DawnyP's sketches...she is a star. For my card I rotated the 90 degrees to the right. The main image is by Kraftin' Kimmie and I have coloured it with my Copics. The papers are October Afternoon "Farm Fresh" and I have layered them with some co-ordinating Bazzill cardstock. Finally I have used a Stampin' Up sentiment and punch, Anita's ribbon some random flowers from my stash (mostly Prima), Heidi Grace pin and some pearl bling.

This week over on the Crafty Angels Weekly Challenge Blog our theme is "Charmed, I'm Sure!". I want to see you use a charm somewhere on your card or project. The charm can either be shop bought or homemade....your choice.
This week over on the Anyone for Anya? Challenge Blog, Dawny has provided us with a fabby sketch. We are also sponsored this week by De Hobbykamer. For my card I used the cute little Halloween set. I coloured all the images with my Copics, and created the background using a CC Designs stamp from the Autumn Kit, and used Midnight Black & Night Sky VersaMagic chalk ink pads rubbed over the cardstock. The papers are all by Magnolia and have been layered using Bazzill cardstock and the main imaged is matted onto Doodlebug sugar coated cardstock. Finally all I did was add a sentiment from the same set as the characters and a few glittery bats punched with my Martha Stewart bat punch.
This week over on the Just Magnolia Challenge Blog there is a fab sketch by Martine. For my card I have used a Magnolia from last years Christmas Collection (as this years haven't arrived in the shops yet...) I have coloured Tilda with Copics, and used VersaMagic chalk ink to ink around her. The papers are all Cosmo Cricket "Jolly by Golly" and I have layered them with some DCWV cardstock that I have sanded the edges of. I have also added plenty of Kaisercraft pearls, a Prima poinsetta layered with a snowflake using my Martha Stewart punch, some ribbon from my stash and also a sentiment by Magnolia.

Goergia was off school yesterday, and had the urge to join in with a little crafting, and here is what she made...a couple of cute ATC's. If you look at the first one she has made a pocket in the side, and where you can see the ribbon...that is attached to a tag that will slide out. How creative is she....and just 7.
Here is my final treat bag, and I couldn't make them all without using my cute Monster set from Squiggle Stamps. The bag is pretty simple, I used a Moxxie diecut cardstock, and just folded it in half. The cellophane is literally a card bag, that I have folded and stapled before I stapled on the top. I have also used a Magnolia sentiment stamp that I punched a section out of with my Stampin' Up Designer Label punch.
Last night I cracked on and got some more Halloween treat bags made. I made one more with Witch Tilda....who I adore, and the rest are made with Daisy & Dandelion die-cuts plus some Moxie diecut papers, Martha Stewart bat punch...and that's about it really.
This week over on Cute Card Thursday our theme is Candy Corns! We want to see your sweet/candy themed cards or projects. This week we are sponsored by Joni, you can see her wonderful site full of digital stamps for you to buy HERE. We are also joined by a new Guest DT, Karen and you can see her lovely Blog for more fab stuff.
As you can see in the picture above I have used acetate in the window and filled the box with halloween choccies. I also decorated with a Magnolia sentiment that I cut out in the shape of a grave headstone and added another Doodlebug button.
Finally here is a side view with the box partially opened...
Here is my ATC for this weeks, the penultimate weeks, challenge over on the Tilda & Friends ATC Challenge Blog. Our theme this week is Spooky Mulder!, this is something my Hubby said whenever we watched the X-Files, particularly the ones towards the end that got more and more weird. I have used six (you better believe it) different Magnolia stamps from the "So Spooky" collection . I stamped all but the background onto shrink plastic and coloured with Copics. To create the background once I stamped it I just inked the cardstock with VersaMagic chalk inks.
This week over on the Crafty Angels Weekly Challenge Blog our theme of "Black & White" has been set by Laura, and I have also used the lovely sketch over on Sketch Saturday. For my card I have used a couple of different images firstly Miss Anya from the first set by The Greeting Farm and also the Poodle and sentiment are Imaginisce "Snag 'ems", and they are both available HERE. I have coloured her with Copics using the following colours...
This week over on the Anyone for Anya? Challenge Blog our theme is "Autumn Colours". For my card I have used one of the Anya's from the Rain, Snow & Shine set and she has been coloured with Copics using the following colours...
Here is a card I made using the new stamps available from Squiggle Stamps...HERE. This little guy is called "Hey Dude!" and i have coloured his with Copics using the following colours...

This week over on Cute Card Thursday our theme is "Spook Fest!". I decided not to make a card, instead I made a little Halloween treat bag. I have used one of the new Magnolia stamps from the "So Spooky" collection and coloured her with Copics using the following colours...
And a close-up of Tilda...
This week we are sponsored by Dies To Die For, they have offered a wonderful set of the newly released Sugarplum Angels by CC Designs....so be sure to come over and join in the fun if you want to be in with a chance of winning them...
This week over on Tilda & Friends our theme is "Paper Piecing". For my ATC I have used one of my Squiggle Stamps and I have paper pieced all but the hair and skin. The papers are Basic Grey "Lemonade". Apart from the all I have added was a Craftwork Cards sentiment and a cloud that I cut myself. I have added a little Sakura clear glitter gel pen to her hair for a little extra sparkle.
