Cute Card Thursday - Mono Mania!

This week over on the Cute Card Thursday challenge blog we want to see your monochromatic cards....cards using shades of one colour. We are sponsored again this week by Simon Says Stamp, and joined by Guest DT Barbara.

For my card I have used shades of red. The image is one of the new Fairyfale Magnolia's "Princess Tilda" that I got at the NEC last month. I have coloured her with Copics using the following colours...
Skin - E000/E00/E11/R20
Hair - E50/E51/E53
Clothing - R32/R35/R37
The paper is DCWV "Once Upon a Time" and I have also used some Coredinations cardstock and some shimmer paper by Craftwork Cards. I have embellished with some Cherry Blossoms from Wild Orchid Crafts, some lace from my stash, some pearl bling, and some butterflies punched with my Martha Stewart punch. The sentiment is from Craftwork cards. I have also used my EK success Dotted Wave punch and my Nestabilities oval and scalloped oval.

Be sure to pop on over to the CCT blog to see what the rest of the DT came up with....we have pinks, lilacs, oranges & black and white...so many different variations. I have also used the sketch this week over on the Crafty Angels challenge blog.
